Staff with Android Phones: Employees can trigger alerts by long pressing the power button or using Quick-Tile triggering. The new feature enables access to My SOS Family Icon in the tile menu, allowing Lone Workers to send SOS without unlocking the phone.
Staff with iPhones : Integration with widgets and Siri allows users to send alerts from the lock screen, either using face recognition, fingerprint unlock, or Siri commands.
Wearable Devices: The Safety App's availability on Apple and Android watches empowers staff to trigger alerts directly from their watches.
SOS Timer Feature: This widely-used feature enables staff to set timers for expected meeting durations, sending alerts with all necessary information if the timer expires, ensuring staff safety even in areas with no phone signal or if the phone is switched off.
